WestEdge 2014 Panel (Sat 10/18/2014 1-2 Barker Hangar Santa Monica): The Bottom Line: How to Build a COOL Project without Getting into Hot Water

I am excited to share with you this extraordinary event on Oct. 18th at 1:00 at The Barker Hanger Santa Monica:  How to Build  a cool project without getting into hot water.  In the last few years, as a keynote speaker for Westweek and Dwell, I have met such interesting people.   For the last couple years I have attended WestEdge in Santa Monica – Barker Hangar impressed with the quality and innovation of the cutting-edge products displayed, and the Special Event Panels. I was thrilled when I was invited to join a panel with colleagues William Hefner (AIA) and Bart Mandel (Project Management) – together we have all been key team players in the Southern California’s largest scale luxury residential projects – published in California Homes, Architectural Digest, Robb Report, Trends and other great publications worldwide – on many 12,000 Square Foot Plus Residential Estates.   Building a residence/Estate involves dozens ++ of professionals/tradesmen to blend luxury design and architectural details inside/out with all of the latest technologies throughout.  Our Panel discusses “How to Build a Cool Project Without Getting into Hot Water”, Moderated by Susan McFadden – Editor in Chief of California Homes Magazine – one of the top Design Magazines in the U.S. featuring Luxury Residences.    We all look forward to sharing our experiences and knowledge. I hope to give you tips for when you build your dream home with your special team that is assembled – or that you may use in your everyday life as you are multitasking and working with many different personalities.
