Director of Tesco U.K. Grocery Company - came to L/A with instructions - he needed this cold developer home be made warm, comfortable, inviting, enjoyable and livable by his extended family of 5 children, and in 3 months - since they were all coming from England and he needed to focus his efforts on starting Fresh and Easy grocery chain. L/A brought in its construction team, worked closely with the talented Landscape Designer Mark David Levine who created the innovative exteriors, the family moved in timely, and lived in the property for several years. The family was so thrilled, that they hired L/A to design the renovation/furnishing of their Estate Property overlooking Riviera Country Club, which they moved into in 2008-9.
