We were honored to have been selected by the Top Organizations of Design (“ASID”) and Architecture (“AIA”) as Key-Note Speaker at WESTWEEK with Noted Fellow Panelists – Landscape Designer (Mark David Levine), Architect (William Hefner, AIA), Designer (Monique – NCIDQ, CID, ASID), and Bart Mandel (Construction Management), to discuss the “A Team” - Successful Partnering on Luxury Estates – Successfully Building/Completing 20,000 Square Foot Estates.

The Event was hosted by the Editor-in-Chief of California Homes, Susan McFadden. Panel members have worked on very noteworthy (“historic”) projects in California. Mark David Levine, Landscape Designer, is the long-time Landscape Designer for the “Harold Lloyd Estate/Green Acres”, “next door” to Lafia/Arvin “Buster Keaton Estate” historical project. All Panelists have numerous Estate, Historic, and High-Profile Projects throughout California and the U.S.

WESTWEEK is regarded as the premier Design Event of the year in the Design Community – West Coast/ U.S. The Top Editors of U.S. Publications were in attendance, including Architectural Digest, California Homes, Veranda, and Trends. We were pleased to part of a distinguished panel of fellow internationally published Interior Designers selected by ASID for A Special Key-Note Event at the 2012 Legends of La Cienega: Design Week.

The Panel was moderated by Susan McFadden, Editor-in-Chief of California Homes Magazine (in which Lafia/Arvin will have a “Cover” publication of a Beverly Hills French Estate Project with Richard Landry, AIA – November-December 2012 issue).
